Suggested topics, content packs and how each post will look, the posting queues, and the client newsletter.
Suggested this week
Scored from public sources only: the Federal Register, IRS news releases, upcoming deadlines,
the season, and what we have already written. Out of 12. Runs every Monday morning.

An atom is one article. Every platform post is a derivative of one, so
nothing gets written twice. Approve the atom and its derivatives become schedulable.
Scheduled Facebook and Instagram posts. Titus does not post through the API —
copy each one into Meta Business Suite, schedule it there, then mark it posted here.
Scheduled Google Business Profile posts. Copy into the native scheduler at
business.google.com, then mark posted. Never put the link in the body text — use the button field.
Times are Central. Press a day to see its pieces and special days.
Scheduling never approves anything, and nothing publishes from this page. The article and Google post
publish by themselves only if Mat or Sam has approved them; Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are posted by hand.
Each person has their own review link. The click count below is who sent
requests that people acted on. It is not the review count. Google gives no way to
see who prompted a review, which is why the templates ask the client to mention a name.
The number the incentive rides on stays requests sent.
Link clicks
Last 90 days. A click means the client opened
the link, not that they posted.
Review incentive
From the reviews recorded and attributed below. As
announced: paid on five-star reviews only, $10 when the reviewer is a client on file, $5 for
anyone else. "Client on file" means the name on the review matches a client's first and last
name exactly, so a nickname counts as $5. Unattributed reviews earn nothing until someone
presses Confirm.
Attribution
Add a review as it appears on the profile. The
hub finds whose link was clicked before it and proposes a match. Nothing is assigned
until someone presses Confirm.
The public profile only shows a date, so leave the
time blank unless you have it. A date-only review matches a day, which is a weaker
signal and is labeled as such.
Everyone's links
Printable QR codes and per-person copy live on
the staff link page.
Reference copy. Replace [Name] with your
own and [link] with your review link, or use the staff link page, which fills both in.
Preview
Previews are close to, not exactly, what each platform shows: fonts,
crop and the "See more" cut-off vary by device. Nothing posts from here. Approve, copy it into Meta Business
Suite, business.google.com or LinkedIn, then mark it posted.
Nothing is saved until you have looked at what it found.

Platform versions
Optional here — you can add them later, or paste a whole
pack instead. Leave a box empty and no post is created for that channel.
Saving creates a draft. Nothing publishes and nothing
sends from here — the queues are copy-and-paste into Meta Business Suite and business.google.com, and
the newsletter goes out from the Email tab. Partner approval before anything publishes.
The Bottom Line. One email per person, never a shared To or BCC,
personalized, with a working unsubscribe. Test on yourself first, always.
