Leadership is for the L10 team
This section holds the leadership team's L10: rocks, issues, to-dos and the scorecard. If you think you should be in it, ask Mat or Sam.

Level 10 Meeting

After each L10, Claude reads the transcript from the L10 folder in Drive and proposes new and changed rocks, issues and to-dos here. Nothing changes until someone presses Accept. You can correct the wording, owner or date before accepting. Reject anything that is wrong.

Decided

Commitments from the L10, due by the next one. Add a status note to yours before Tuesday so the review is a quick done or not done. Not sure what one means? Send it to Claude and the next session answers on the card.

Every open issue. Before the L10, mark each one High, Med or Low for you and tick your top 3. Work them with IDS: Identify, Discuss, Solve. Solve records the fix and can add the to-do.

90-day rocks. At the L10 each owner says on track or off track, nothing more. Off track is information. If a rock needs discussion, drop it to Issues.

Select any figure to change it. A figure that meets the goal shows ✓ in green; one that misses shows ✕ in red. The Delta arrow compares the last two figures.
